Philanthropic organizations work tirelessly to keep our Kansas City community vibrant and strong. Often, their physical workplaces are less than optimal, but they continue to give as much as they can, as best as possible, with the space they have.
Research has shown time and again that the physical environment we work in plays a role in everything from our health and wellbeing, company culture and engagement, to productivity, retention, and innovation.
Now it’s our turn to give back to the nonprofit community by giving away a free office makeover! Each year, we’ll be looking for those Kansas City heroes who are working in less than ideal office space. Whether it’s old worn-out furniture, outdated interior finishes, or an office that’s just a hot mess, we’ll be selecting one winner who will receive a reimagined and refreshed space “Extreme Makeover” style.
In addition to new furniture and finishes, we’ll be giving away partner products and services that help build culture, employee engagement, and wellness in the workplace.
Our Trilogie team is ready to create kick-ass work spaces where nonprofit organizations can thrive and do even more amazing work for our Kansas City community.
